These recipes are designed to help you get the most out of Breww 47's specialty ground coffee, regardless of your level of experience. 


Single Malt: Enhance Your Coffee Experiences 

1. Single malt iced latte 

  • Components: 
  • Two shots of espresso single malt 
  • One cup of chilled milk (vegan or dairy) 
  • Cubes of ice 
  • Sweetener (not required) 

Recipe:

  1. Make two shots of espresso with single malt. 
  2. Fill the glass with some ice cubes. 
  3. Over the ice, pour the brewed espresso. 
  4. Gently whisk in cold milk. 
  5. If preferred, sweeten to taste. 
  6. Savour the smooth combination with undertones of green apple, tropical fruit, and Irish cream. 

2.Affogato Single Malt 

Ingredients:

  • One scoop of ice cream, vanilla 
  • One shot of espresso single malt 

Recipe:

  1. Transfer the vanilla ice cream scoop into a glass or serving bowl. 
  2. Make a shot of espresso with single malt. 
  3. Over the ice cream, drizzle the heated espresso. 
  4. Savour the deep, nuanced flavours as they are served right away. 

3. Smoothie with Single Malt Coffee 

Ingredients:

  • One shot of espresso single malt 
  • One banana 
  • A single cup of almond milk 
  • One tsp of almond butter 
  • A solitary tsp of cocoa powder 
  • Cubes of ice 

Recipe:

  1. Prepare an espresso shot and leave it aside to cool.
  2. Using a blender, mix the cooled espresso, ice cubes along with almond butter, banana and almond milk. 
  3. Pour into a glass, then savour your nourishing, revitalising coffee smoothie. 

COMFORT: Ideal for All Seasons 

1. Cosy Mocha 

Ingredients:

  • One Comfort espresso shot 
  • One cup of milk, either plant-based or dairy 
  • Twice as much dark chocolate syrup 
  • Cream whipped (optional) 
  • Zest from an orange (optional) 

Recipe:

  1. Make a shot of espresso Comfort- a product of Brew47.
  2. Heat the milk until it is lukewarm and do not leave it to boil..
  3. Parallelly add the dark chocolate syrup with constant and careful stirring
  4. Plate up the espresso in a mug.
  5. Stir in the chocolate milk mixture. 
  6. If preferred, garnish with whipped cream and a scattering of orange zest. 
  7. Savour the combination of nutty undertones, lemony aromas, and dark chocolate. 

2. Comfort Cold Brew 

Ingredients:

  • One cup of Comfort coffee, ground coarsely 
  • Four glasses of chilled water 
  • Cubes of ice 
  • Cream or milk (optional) 
  • Sweetener (not required) 

Recipe:

  1. Pour the cold water and ground Comfort coffee into a big jar or pitcher. 
  2. After meticulous stirring, put a lid and refrigerate the mixture for 12-24 hours and leave it to steep.  
  3. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter. 
  4. Add some ice cubes into the glass.
  5. Over the ice, pour the chilled brew. 
  6. If desired, add more milk or cream and sweeten to taste. 
  7. Savour the cool, mildly acidic cold brew. 

3.  Comfort Coffee Cake: 

Ingredients

  • two cups of flour 
  • One cup of sugar 
  • half a cup of butter 
  • One cup of chilled, brewed Comfort coffee 
  • two eggs 
  • One tsp vanilla extract 
  • One-teaspoon baking powder 
  • One-half tsp baking soda 
  •  Salt- One-fourth teaspoon 

Recipe:

  1. Preset the oven temperature to 175°C/350°F.
  2. Using a mixing bowl beat the butter and sugar till the mixture turns light and creamy.
  3. Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until the mixture is light and creamy. 
  4. Constantly add one egg at a time and beat it thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and stir. 
  6. Take another basin and mix flour, baking soda and salt together.
  7. Alternately add the cooled Comfort coffee and the dry components to the wet liquid gradually. 
  8. Put oil and flour in the cake pan. Then pour in the batter. 
  9. Bake it approximately for 30-35 mins. To review the baking check whether the toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. 
  10. Leave the cake aside to cool down before cutting.
  11. Savour a mouthwatering slice of coffee cake with lemony and dark chocolate undertones. 

After Party: Citrus and Spice Heaven 

1. After Party Spiced Latte

Ingredients: 

  • One shot of espresso from the After Party 
  • One cup of milk, either plant-based or dairy 
  • One teaspoon of maple syrup or honey 
  • One-fourth teaspoon of ground cinnamon 
  • 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg powder 
  • A little spoonful of ground cloves 

Recipe:

  1. Make a shot of espresso for the After Party. 
  2. Heat the milk in a pot until it's warm but not boiling. 
  3. Add the cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey and stir. 
  4. Fill a mug with the brewed espresso. 
  5. Stir in the spiced milk mixture. 
  6. Savour the flavours that are warm, spicy, and lemony. 

2. After Party Citrus Cold Brew Tonic:

Ingredients:

  • One cup of After Party coffee, ground coarsely 
  • Four glasses of chilled water 
  • Cubes of ice, tonic water 
  • Slices of orange or lemon as garnish 

Recipe:

  1. Grind After Party coffee and pour cold water into a large jar or pitcher. 
  2. Give it a good stir, put a lid on it, and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours to steep. 
  3. Filter the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter.
  4. Place a few ice cubes in a glass. 
  5. Fill the glass halfway with the chilled drink. 
  6. Add tonic water on top, then gently swirl. 
  7. Add slices of orange or lemon as garnish. 
  8. Savour the energising combination of citrus and spices. 

3. After-Party Coffee Mousse: 

Ingredients:

  • One cup of thickened cream 
  • Half a cup of cool-brewed After Party coffee 
  • Half a cup of sugar powder 
  • One tsp vanilla extract 
  • A half-cup of cheese, mascarpone 

Recipe:

  1. Beat the heavy cream in a mixing basin until soft peaks form. 
  2. Add the powdered sugar gradually while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. 
  3. Mascarpone cheese should be beaten until smooth in a different basin. 
  4. Blend the vanilla essence and the cold After Party coffee into the mascarpone until thoroughly blended. 
  5. Till completely combined, gently stir the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. 
  6. Ladle mousse into serving glasses with a spoon. 
  7. Allow to cool for a minimum of two hours prior to serving. 
  8. Add some chocolate powder or citrus zest as a garnish. 
  9. Enjoy a velvety mousse with a cool coffee twist.
