Beanbelt Brewing Private Limited (Breww 47) takes utmost care to ensure your order reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your order in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please email us at hello@breww47.com mentioning your Order ID. Following which after we've been able to check what went wrong, refunds, if applicable will be initiated within 7 business days.
Beanbelt Brewing Private Limited (Breww 47) acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else Beanbelt Brewing Private Limited (Breww 47) will not be liable to accept the product. We will investigate the damage from our end and replace the product, where required.
All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Beanbelt Brewing Private Limited (Breww 47) will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the replacement of the product, if necessary.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
No cancellation or refunds will be allowed or permitted once the order has been placed.
