• What is Cold Brew Coffee?

  Cold brew coffee is a refreshing coffee beverage crafted by steeping coarsely ground coffee beans in cold water for an extended period, usually 12 to 24 hours. This slow extraction process yields a smooth, less acidic, and highly flavourful coffee known as cold brew. Typically served over ice or diluted with water or milk, It differs from iced coffee, as it's never exposed to heat during brewing. Cold brew enthusiasts often appreciate its flavourful taste and the ability to customise its strength and flavour profiles.

• How is it different from other coffee?

  Unlike traditional hot brewing methods, cold brew is never exposed to heat during extraction. The slow process extracts flavours differently, yielding a rich, bold, and mellow brew. This method highlights unique taste profiles, offering coffee enthusiasts an alternative that stands out for its refreshing character and the ability to be customised to varying strengths and flavour preferences.

• Does it have any health benefits over other coffee?

  Cold brew coffee shares many health benefits with other forms of coffee. It may provide a higher antioxidant content, potentially contributing to improved metabolism and reduced risk of certain diseases. The lower acidity in cold brew can be gentler on the stomach, making it a suitable choice for those sensitive to acidity. Additionally, the rich flavour makes it enjoyable without the need for added sugars or cream. 

• Can I heat up cold brew coffee or is it only supposed to be served cold?

  Yes, you can heat cold brew coffee if you prefer to enjoy it warm. While cold brew is traditionally served over ice or diluted with water, some people may choose to heat it for a different taste experience. You can heat cold brew using methods such as the microwave, stovetop, or by incorporating it into hot coffee beverages. Keep in mind that heating cold brew coffee may alter its flavour profile, as it's known for its smooth and less acidic characteristics when served cold. Experiment with different heating methods to find the temperature that suits your preferences. It is advisable to not boil cold brew coffee since it is pre brewed.

• Is cold brew coffee stronger than hot brew coffee?

  In most cases, cold brew coffee offers a much more flavour and caffeine content as well. However, this is not true for all the cold brew coffees. Cold brew concentrates on the other hand are definitely stronger than other forms of coffee. 

• Can I add water, milk etc. to cold brew or is it supposed to be had black only?

  Yes, you can customise cold brew coffee with a variety of add-ons. Some of our favourites are - having it on ice, adding milk, tonic water, honey, maple syrup etc.

  Once your order is shipped, you will receive communication over an email/WhatsApp with the tracking number. You can use that to track your order.

• Can I change my shipping address?

  No, after placing an order, the shipping address cannot be changed.

  Breww 47 is an Indian Startup aimed at ensuring the availability of great artisanal cold brews in a ready-to-pour format. We want to remove the hassle of brewing and make the accessibility of artisanal cold brew as easy as opening our bottle and having it. 

• Where do you ship?

  We are shipping PAN India

• How long does it take for the products to reach me?

  Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day, orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched the next day.

  Delhi/NCR orders will be delivered in 2 days, for everywhere else, it may take anywhere between 2 - 6 days for the shipment to be delivered.

• How long can I store the bottles?

  All our variants have been certified by third party labs for a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture

• What is artisanal cold brew coffee?

  Artisanal cold brew coffee refers to high-quality, handcrafted, and small-batch production of cold brew coffee. The term "artisanal" implies a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in the preparation process. Instead of mass production, artisanal cold brew involves carefully selecting high-quality coffee beans, using specific grind sizes, and employing a meticulous brewing process. In our case, the beans are 100% Arabica and are hand selected from the best farms across the country. 

• Where is the coffee made?

  All our variants are hand crafted and made in micro lots in our facility in Gurgaon. 

• What brewing process do you use?

  We hand pick the best beans from the most reputed farms across the country which are then roasted and grinded in specific grind size. This ground coffee is then steeped in water at specified temperature for a pre-set duration of time in our facility in Gurgaon. The resulting mixture then goes through a double filtration process post which our cold brew coffee is tested against a variety of set parameters. Once it passes the quality check, it is packed in sterilised bottles and goes through a pasteurisation process to ensure the same great flavour when you open the bottle.

• What are the ingredients?

  All our variants are just coffee and water, nothing else. 

• Is it ready to drink?

  Yes. However, it can be mixed/diluted with a variety of add-ons based on your preference. 

• Do you add preservatives or flavours?

  No. All our variants are completely free of any kind of preservatives or artificial flavours.

• How many calories are there in one bottle?

  Approximately 6 calories in one bottle

• What kind of beans are used for your cold brew?

  All our variants are made of carefully selected 100% Arabica beans from the most reputed coffee farms across the country. 

• Do I need to brew your coffee?

  No. All our variants are ready-to-drink and are pre-brewed. No brewing is needed.
